Simple and perfect for workouts when you are on the go. Only one request: I know it's is intended as a package, but sometimes I would want to do one or two of the exercises from a plan, but it seems I can but register those separately? Like if I had a Leg program but wanted to throw in some pushups at the end?
Very simple and useful directed workout app. All the workouts are very intense and can be done without any equipment besides a chair. Only thing I don't like, is the deceptive name. Some workouts are 7 minutes, but the 30 day plan workouts can be much longer.
I bought the pro version after using the free one. Update: It's defaulting to whatever service you last shared with. Very annoying if you'd like to share to more than one place as you have to clear the previous default each time. No longer perfect, please fix.
Effective workout I like how you can choose your level of workout and then it starts out slow and then builds up. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I can always find at 7 minutes for a workout.
