Buyers are not protected! I purchased an $80 off brand dress from a seller who listed the dress as my correct size but it didn't fit. I reached out to customer service to try and do either an exchange it refund and was told they couldn't do either and was blamed for not asking questions about the item. The only solution I was given was to relist the item for someone else to buy. I've only been a buyer on this app for years, and not a seller. Also, $7 shipping plus tax is too high.

High seller fees and shipping costs. It's so hard to make a profit. Other platforms allow you to imputt the weight to generate the shipping cost. Why am I paying $7.95 for something that's under 4 oz. It should be $4. On top of that the buyer expects a discount. It's very hard to make a decent profit. Now they want you to pay to advertise which further tells me my items are not really being pushed unless I pay for it. This is sad

The only thing that I dislike about this app is that it will have your item shown as "sold" When in actuality it is still available--HUGE PROBLEM. There's no way to change the status from sold to active OR TO DELETE IT and recreate the listin, which is a huge bummer for the merchant. Other than that I love it!
