The app itself is pretty easy to use, I've been using it for birth control and uti meds a couple times and have never run into any issues. However, it used to only cost $25 for the "appointment" fee, and now it's $40. It's disappointing that I'm being charged more now, fortunately I'll get 9-12 months worth of birth control from this appointment but I use this app because I don't have health insurance, and I don't understand why they charge more for an online service that hasn't changed :(

After having my appointment cancelled by army health care providers three times, over the course of several months, I decided to look at other options. Within an hour I had a prescription, a video appointment with the provider, and a receipt for a prescription that'd be here in 2-3 days. I am amazed at how fast and convenient it was, with a very usable app.

I love that the app is a thing, I've just had too many problems with finding what I am looking for when I log in. Things can't be seen or reviewed until PP actually sends you something. It wouldn't let me use it until I updated the app which I couldn't get to WiFi for and it automatically cancelled my prescription and I was left having to drive far away to get an emergency pack. But planned Parenthood is amazing, same with their staff. The technical support for this app is also great.
