Ratings and reviews

terrible user experience. i received a message that a balloon flight we booked came with complimentary wine tastings. i could not see a way to filter to see complimentary tastings. i reached out via Tastefuli question option, which is a chat. the message i received back showed screenshots with a search bar and a filter icon. my app does not have a search bar or filter icon . i took a screen shot to share back only to find the attach icon in the chat does not work.

I can't login. The verify button is covered up by the chat button so I can never complete the verification. Also, when the chat expands, there is no way to type the message that for help that I can't login.
