Optum Secure Visits (OSV+) is a mobile app created to support field employees when dialing or directly communicating when 911 is not an option. If you are unable to remove yourself from an unsafe situation and/or contact 911 directly, OSV+ will assist you in alerting emergency services. OSV+ is monitored 24/7 by our GSOC team who will respond to any alerts.
