Have not been able to use this app in months. It immediately crashes, will not even launch. Just getting an error message that the app has a bug and even through updates, it is still not useable whatsoever. I used to check it pretty regularly, I don't know what they did with it but it no longer works. Obviously this is a well-known, widespread issue but the fact that it's gone on this long without a fix is pretty pathetic.

App is a piece of garbage. The last 3 weeks I haven't been able to log in due to "server issues on their end." Tried to contact them and they just wanted information to access my account. I told them it wasn't an account issue, it was their app. Obviously, nothing got done. Tried logging in directly through the website and got the same error. You'll just have to wait for your forest killing paper statements in the mail.

Probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It constantly crashes, needs reloading and closes out. I'm unable to easily access my information, bills or find providers. I've been trying to get my invoice downloaded for the past 10 minutes and I'm just over it after months and months of wasting my time. Insurance costs so much, you'd think they would have the money to have an app that would at least function
