for the last 3 months, this useless app will work one minute, but the not let me log in for 2 weeks. now they force you to use the app to set up 2 step verification to pay bills, but the app doesn't work. what sort of useless bank can't even provide a use able app in 2025

I don't think the App meets accessibility and usability requirements, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, on the other hand, callcenter usually tries to "solve" by restarting security questions, access, etc. As on the page, the system doesn't work integrally. I don't think it's right for the App to modify what is typed in the user and passwords to upper case, since it complicates editing the passwords in case one has typed some intermediate character wrong.

last update messed up fingerprint authentication and you cant even set it again as it crashes the app.Password only is not a secure nor user friendly enough now... and that's the only option you have left us with
