Ratings and reviews

For the past week the app simply refuses to work. Trying to log in says there is a connection issue with Produbanco and to try again. I received customer service saying it'd eventually be fixed with an update, but this is still unacceptable

I don't think the App meets accessibility and usability requirements, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, on the other hand, callcenter usually tries to "solve" by restarting security questions, access, etc. As on the page, the system doesn't work integrally. I don't think it's right for the App to modify what is typed in the user and passwords to upper case, since it complicates editing the passwords in case one has typed some intermediate character wrong.

The most functional banking app in Ecuador, here one can do a lot of things related to products and services that Produbanco offers. For example I can pay utilities, activate my credit card for travel, and even reschedule payments of my credit card consumptions up to 24 months. My favorite services though are the options to deposit checks with a picture and take out cash without my debit card!
