Ratings and reviews

After the most recent update the app is useless! The upload screen comes up and for a while you see the lock on the video in question. But when you go check the video is nowhere to be found! I leave the app, come back and then all of a sudden it no longer has the lock symbol. Fake upload. Have to waste more time trying to transfer to my laptop, THEN uploading it on the desktop site. Absolutely atrocious.

backup works well. good prices. 13 notifications in the last 24 hours. over nothing. notifications are absolutely ridiculous. I have upload on wifi selected. it notifies me every time it tries to upload and im not on wifi. I know im not on wifi, im not at home and it is set up how I selected it to be. this has gone on forever now. the one star rating is because of the lack of care on this issue.

Total waste of my time and money. stay away from drive. It's a scam. Their support couldn't resolve my backup issues. They escalated to the developers team who never contacted me until my subscription ran out. I called to request an extension since they couldn't resolve my backup issues but they denied it and asked me to renew my yearly subscription for an un-used account for 11 months. I will look for something else. Terrible business. scammers... stay away from idrive!
