Signed up and requested a hard drive. It arrived quickly. I returned it the next working day. It took 11 days AFTER they received the hard drive to get me set up. Customer service is abysmal; canned replies. Even their user forum responses were canned. Can't understand how this company gets continued high ratings. I have very little faith that they'd come through in an emergency. However, since I paid for the first year, I am using it. Even though they had my files, my first update took 10 hours! The second took 4 hours. I have an average internet connection (28mbps down, 6mbps up). Will continue backing up locally. ;-)
Huge battery consumption! On the first usage my S7 got so hot that i had to turn it off and cool it down. Please fix this issue.
Unstable. Too many updates means .... UNSTABLE. Your sw is not ready for prime time!!! Developer is constantly pushing out sw updates on all platforms including pc. This is not a good thing!
Says no internet connection Even when on wifi
Buggy, no customer support, and, with issues. 1- the app says that certain files are already backed up I.e. has a green shield, but when I check to "access and restore" said files, I can't find any trace of them whatsoever. 2-uploading restarts of you lose wi-fi or your connection drops of you have larger files... Why isn't there a *resume function*??? 3-download is s..l..o..w.... PAINFULLY, when restoring files. I have emailed the developer of this app - and support -but have yet to receive a response regarding these issues.
Mobile app Not compatible with my lg stylus phone. I have things i need to save but cant cuz all it does is take me to the website to view my other files. Please fix
