The remote control feature in HelpDesk Host app requires Accessibility permissions to enable a technician to remotely view and control your device for enhanced experience.
Using the Android OS accessibility API, the app grants the technician remote control access of the device with your permission. It does not collect any personal and sensitive data.
You need to enable the app under the Accessibility settings on your Android device.
RemotePC applies the highest security standards to your connections,ensuring you are always in control of granting access to your device and
establishing or ending sessions.
We display the technician name and email address and encourage everyone to verify the technician's identity before granting access to any device to ensure your security.

Never use this app! I was frustrated with my TV because it wasn't working right. I got desperate enough to call a helpline and they asked to look up a deposit to my account. When I heard that, I hung up and dealt with the problem myself. I did and now my TV works! If you have a problem, just calm down and figure it out yourself. Never give access to your phone to ANYONE!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! WILL CLEAR YOUR ENTIRE BANK ACCOUNT BY WAY OF PROCESSING MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS AND YOU WILL NOT GET THE MONEY BACK. I had an issue with youtube tv that charged me after I canceled it. I called customer support and was instructed to download this app and allow them access to view my screen. After Hours on the phone and draining my entire bank account (both checking and savings) I got nowhere. Had to call my bank and dispute charges. Nightmare!!

This was a strange experience ~ The guy got me to download the helpdesk app and took control of my phone ! When I realized what he did I told him goodbye and uninstalled the app and changed my passwords ~ The whole experience with this guy was very creepy ~ I have a problem with Zelle and I still do but he just didn't sound like he was going to help me but he wanted to get my personal information ~ I hope I got out in time !
