About this app

ProUsuario Digital is a tool developed by the Superintendency of Banks of the Dominican Republic that allows you to quickly and easily check the status of your financial products. Through this application, you have access to: Credit Inquiries, Claims, Complaints, Unwanted Calls, Financial Health, Inactive or Abandoned Accounts, Indicator Comparison, Banking Map, Deposits from entities in liquidation, and financial education content.

In the Credit Inquiry, you will see a personalized report of your loans in the national financial system, consolidated and by type. It also includes financial indicators and your credit risk rating within the financial system, as reported to the Superintendency of Banks by the financial intermediary entities that comprise said system.

Note: This report is not a replacement for the report issued by Credit Information Societies (credit bureaus), does not include a credit score, and does not guarantee that you will be eligible for credit based on the information presented.

Any information you don't recognize? If you find any inconsistencies in the information on any of your loans, you should contact your financial institution and file a claim to request that the information be corrected.

The worse face ID implementation I've ever come across. It won't literally accept your face under any lighting circunstances. I will be making a video mocking this laughingstock of an app. Zero 🌟
