About this app

MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.

Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.

During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.

After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.

The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.

MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.

For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and dealerships.

All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

All this app is good is keeping a track of your services, anything else it's useless, the older version of the app used to connect to your map through the car and you could see where you had been because it was shown through the map now all it gives you is the time it took for your journey, your fuel consumption, how many miles you have travelled. absolute rubbish.

Don't get the point of this app, half of my journies don't appear. It doesn't know when was the last service done, can't control any features of my C4. Can't change the currency for fuel. Defaults to GBP when one uses the app in English. If I want to know the total running of the car then I can always see it when I sit in the car. Seriously, whom does this app target.

I purchased a Citroen e-C3 this year, nice car but seriously let down by this App. No remote pre-conditioning of cabin (even although active subscription). Very limited functionality. Unable to limit charge to 80%. I can time delay charging via button on car after setting in App but car won't communicate with my car charger timing functionality. Communication problems between app and the car. None of these issues will be a surprise to other eC3 drivers, frequently mentioned in forums.
