About this app

MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.

Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.

During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.

After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.

The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.

MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.

For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and dealerships.

All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

NEW Citroen C3 Aircross 2022, after 2 days, infodash tells me to update mapping and touchscreen controls (??? its a new car ???). Following instructions, got a 32gb usb, downloaded updates and tried to put them in car to be told "Cannot update Incompatible Format ??? Long story short after several attempts and different USB sticks due to "Key Format Impossible to format drive (64gb)" messages and "Check drive size, not enough space (32gb)" ended up booking car into garage for them to do it.

Having been updated many times since its release, tried on 3 phones and 3 C4 Picassos, the app is actually worse now than when originally released. You have to allow far too much time to mess around hoping that the app will connect to the vehicle, which it rarely does. Following an update from tech team altering a setting in the car, the app is still a total disaster. Avoid at all costs - especially if you "have a life", otherwise a whole lot of it will be spent trying to connect to your car.

I've had the app installed for three weeks and it has only ever connected with the car once. This means I'm unable to use the connected services that I've subscribed to. At first I thought using Android auto was causing a conflict, but even when uninstalling, disassociating and starting from scratch without issuing Android auto. Still no joy.
