At first, the app worked really great. Then, after a few updates it stopped working correctly. Every time I try to log in, it tells me my username and password are wrong (it isn't). When I try to recover/change my password it wants to send me links to my email or phone but it never does. When I do finally managed to change my password, it still says my username or password are incorrect. I've had to pay my bill through their text messaging service as I have been unable to log into the app.

The app is good for viewing and paying bills, which is all I really use it for. However, it is EXTREMELY annoying that I have to authenticate myself EVERY TIME I want to login. I login with my fingerprint, but I still have to send a code to my phone or email to get in. Not necessary at all. PLEASE REMOVE THIS FEATURE.

When I sign into my account it tells me my username and password are wrong, then wants me to verify both by a code they send to your email or text. And when I put the code in it still doesn't work. They should've left it alone, it worked perfectly. I could pay my bill on time without any problems. Unlike now. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
