I would like to say that even you have exceed by creating an innovative app More than many failures are for improvement. 1st- App keep crashing on latest android Version 13 and you get a lot of spam notifications by mail or by sms when signing in the application. 2nd- No option to view standing orders or direct debit set on account. 3rd- App signing and online platform of bankone takes a tons of mins to sign in. I hope the best is to come out of this digital app soon with improvement Thanks.

I could give this app zero. Does not even send verification on registered mobile number. Stuck on username already exists. Worst app. Instead of responding to write an email, the developpers can go through the reviews here. Utterly dissatisfied with this unpleasant and not user friendly app.

Deserves the award for worst innovation. The previous app was bad enough and one would think it would be hard to have a new app that could be worse! But well done!! The old app has been decommissioned and the new one keeps crashing. As a result, I cannot access my accounts AT ALL! This is the embodiment of a failed digital innovation. How did it pass the user acceptance tests? Why was the previous app decommissioned without the new app being stable?
