Ratings and reviews

Payments don't reflect in the account statement, and "downloaded" statements are nowhere to be found. The app is so unreliable that it's easier to avoid using it altogether and just settle everything in a lump sum. Completely useless if you want to keep track on your payments.

so far all my transactions are safely received. although, the app itself has a lot of bugs. for example, when the app prompts you to enter an amount to pay during a transaction, the number itself wont popout, making it difficult to identify how many im paying. especially if i make a typo, i wont know, and can lead me to pay a different amount from what i intend to. a lot of the texts in this app is cut off and cannot be viewed carefully. i suggest ur team to do a thorough test and fix

When i need to print my kid's sspni annual statement, the portal ask to verify ekyc using this apps.. How many times i tried but still cannot go through. Then how i want to do my e-filling??? Please set the ekyc process to be easier for people to scan the IC and go through the process.
