Unable to pass the eKYC authentication. No matter how many times I took picture of my IC clearly, it still saying that authentication fail. Please to check and enhance your system. It is a government app and I don't know why it could be so many bugs and awful. Feel bad for this company who created this system. What a useless company.

so far all my transactions are safely received. although, the app itself has a lot of bugs. for example, when the app prompts you to enter an amount to pay during a transaction, the number itself wont popout, making it difficult to identify how many im paying. especially if i make a typo, i wont know, and can lead me to pay a different amount from what i intend to. a lot of the texts in this app is cut off and cannot be viewed carefully. i suggest ur team to do a thorough test and fix

One of the useless apps I've been trying to use (app/web version). First of all I was unable to register via the web version as the "log masuk dgn MYDIGITAL ID" was unclickable, unless you minimize your browser to 70% and it works, second, I tried to register via MYDIGITAL ID method and was unable to register as I'm not getting any TAC verification and I've been trying for the past 1 week. Such a waste of time
