The recent update is a huge step forward. Integrating MyDigital ID makes logging in much more secure and convenient—no more struggling to remember complex passwords. The UI feels smoother and checking my SSPN balance is faster than before. Giving 4 stars because the eKYC process can still be a bit picky with lighting, but overall, it's a solid improvement!

Payments don't reflect in the account statement, and "downloaded" statements are nowhere to be found. The app is so unreliable that it's easier to avoid using it altogether and just settle everything in a lump sum. Completely useless if you want to keep track on your payments.

Honestly quite frustrating using the myPTPTN app lately. The loading time is very slow, and sometimes it just fails to process requests completely. I’ve tried multiple times to check my details or make transactions, but the app either hangs or shows errors. This really affects user experience, especially when we need quick access. Hope the developers can improve the performance and stability soon, because right now it’s not reliable enough.
