I’ve been stuck for two days trying to log in. The app keeps showing “network failure” no matter what I do. I cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, even tried on different connections, nothing works. It’s frustrating when you can’t access your own bank account. This needs to be fixed.

Pi Banking app has a great UI. It is also being used smoothly. But if some more updates are brought, the app will be much more complete. Debit / Credit Card Block System, Debit / Credit Card PIN Set and Change, Credit Card Payment History, ATM Withdraw With Qr Code, adding these options will make the service faster.

I'm facing a persistent issue while trying to open the app on my Vivo X200 pro. The app immediately shows a "Pi banking network failure" message and doesn't load. I've already reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, tested both mobile data and WiFi, cleared cache and data and disabled Private DNS, but the problem still remains. Other users can access the app without any issue, so it seems to be specific to my device. Please check this problem from your side and advise what I should do next.
