The PI Banking App is the mobile financial service of Pubali Bank PLC, enabling customers to access their accounts and general information about bank products and services in one convenient place via mobile devices. The primary goal of this electronic banking service is to provide customers with a more responsive and cost-effective alternative to traditional banking.

Users can access a comprehensive suite of tools through the app. Customers can easily transfer funds to other accounts, pay utility and credit card bills, view real-time account statements, stop payments on outstanding cheques, and top up their mobile phones.

To facilitate features like mobile recharges and fund transfers to MFS, the app may request optional permission to access your contacts list. Additionally, optional camera permission is requested to upload a profile picture, scan QR codes for merchant payments, and use the "Cash by QR" feature in card management.

Ratings and reviews

I would say the app performance is overall convenient. However, when I needed to change my phone number and email for PI Banking registration because the same phone number and Gmail account were already linked to another branch account, the process caused a significant delay of almost two months. I understand that the bank authorities prioritize customer security, but this was quite frustrating. The process should ideally be completed within one week.

Make thi UI more user friendly. Specificly the amount showing option. make it like bkash/nagad. I mean when I login into Pi app I have to go to my profile for balance check and that's very very annoying. Make it simple Man! like the balance check option should be in the top of the interface. thank you Pubali Bank PLC

Used to work just fine. After version 1.245 update everything is broken. App stuck at loading screen. Won't even land on the login page. Keeps giving network failure error. Tried switching to multiple WiFi networks and mobile data but the issue still exists.
