About this app

The PI Banking App is the mobile financial service of Pubali Bank PLC, enabling customers to access their accounts and general information about bank products and services in one convenient place via mobile devices. The primary goal of this electronic banking service is to provide customers with a more responsive and cost-effective alternative to traditional banking.

Users can access a comprehensive suite of tools through the app. Customers can easily transfer funds to other accounts, pay utility and credit card bills, view real-time account statements, stop payments on outstanding cheques, and top up their mobile phones.

To facilitate features like mobile recharges and fund transfers to MFS, the app may request optional permission to access your contacts list. Additionally, optional camera permission is requested to upload a profile picture, scan QR codes for merchant payments, and use the "Cash by QR" feature in card management.

Very disappointed with this app. I am a Pubali Bank credit card holder, but I cannot register or use the app because I do not have a savings/current account with Pubali Bank. As a credit card customer, I should also have access to basic digital services such as checking my credit card transactions, outstanding balance, statements, bills, and payments. Restricting app registration only to bank account holders is extremely inconvenient and frustrating for credit card customers.

I found 3 problems in this App 1. In NPSB, if I write (Document/ Service) word in the Remark or Reason section, it shows error in transfer . 2. sometimes this app totally freezes the screen while opening the App. it doesn't work. 3. There is a limitation to save longer beneficiary name .

The app's interface is good and functional, with no issues. However, the time it takes to load when opening the app is frustrating.In the same situation, it keeps loading, keeps loading, never opens.
