The PI Banking App is the mobile financial service of Pubali Bank PLC, enabling customers to access their accounts and general information about bank products and services in one convenient place via mobile devices. The primary goal of this electronic banking service is to provide customers with a more responsive and cost-effective alternative to traditional banking.

Users can access a comprehensive suite of tools through the app. Customers can easily transfer funds to other accounts, pay utility and credit card bills, view real-time account statements, stop payments on outstanding cheques, and top up their mobile phones.

To facilitate features like mobile recharges and fund transfers to MFS, the app may request optional permission to access your contacts list. Additionally, optional camera permission is requested to upload a profile picture, scan QR codes for merchant payments, and use the "Cash by QR" feature in card management.

I am unable to create an Islamic FDR through the Pi app. I have been using this feature successfully for a long time, but for the past two months, the app shows an error message saying “Something went wrong (601)” whenever I try to create one. I have contacted both the branch and customer care, but unfortunately, they have been unable to provide a solution or proper assistance. Completely disappointed!

As biometric transaction has been made mandatory. I am facing problem in it. my phone doesn't support or have problem in fingerprint scanning. make sure the transaction in biometric is not mandatory. other side the app is very good

This app is very helpful. It is easy to use and reliable. Thanks to the developers 🥰. However, Face Lock / Face ID does not work properly on some phones. Even after following all the steps, it shows an error at the final stage. Please improve biometric support and device compatibility in future updates. Adding new features and enhancing security will make the app even better.
