Totally useless for reporting problems, as other reviews have said. I just can't understand why a city that is flooded with money from all the new development (I call it "Warehouseland" now) can't be bothered to pay someone to develop a decent app. Especially since they want you to use the app rather than call or report online. Absolutely ridiculous.

It used to work great. Today I tried to report a water line break about it only shows a blue screen now. My wife was able to open the app on her phone but it didn't submit the report.

It used to work, now it shows a blue screen with a white pulsating dot in the center. Please fix this app.
