Ratings and reviews

App has improved. Can be better but getting there. I originally rated it 1 star and since then things have improved and keep improving. For example up to last week if you were browsing your usuals and were interrupted when you went back you had to start at the top. Now it remembers where you were. Constant improvements are great. However availability compared to in store still is poor. Some things you just know are going to be on the shelf in person often are out of stock or not available.

The list of usual purchases is very convenient and really speeds up the shopping process. Unfortunately, the app keeps switching to the list of all items you have ever purchased. (The website does the same.) I suppose they think you'll buy more if they keep reminding you that you once bought shoe polish, maybe you should buy more shoe polish? Very irritating.

Half the products I usually order are not even in the app. Dog food, which can not be changed on a whim is almost never available. Tesco own brand burger buns are not on the app. Despite trying to avoid going to the shop in bad weather, a second trip to the actual store will be necessary to get the remaining items needed
