READ THIS FOR CONNECTION PROBLEM: you must make sure your puffco is on a solid blue light..hold the power down for 8 seconds until solid blue. Other wise if you just turn it on, down bellow will happen. It acts like it's trying to connect, but won't. Won't connect to device. Stays at 30% and says initializing forever. Bluetooth and location are on, on the app. Pretty cool for a half a grand item. Thanks for the last update, now I can only get 30 seconds into the dab and it shuts off. You suck !

For as many years that this has been out, it never gets better. I just spent over $500 on the newest device, and it's this app that totally makes me want to throw it against the wall. You suck at apps Puffco. it's hard to stay loyal to a brand that could care less, and despite numerous issues reported they never get resolved. it's not like they have a wide variety of different devices to support.

The app needs a big update on connectivity. I love using the Puffco Peak itself! Great E-Rig and easy to use but like I said, the app NEEDS updating! I was able to connect to the app one time but then that was it. Now it won't even register with the machine saying that it won't connect and please try again. It says that it's searching for the device but it just won't do anything with connecting. Staying connected and getting connected is honestly the main issue...
