5/1/24: Updated app is very bulky and not easy to navigate. Have to scroll a lot to get through an order. Can't scan receipts, screen just spins when you click "Use Receipt". 3/28/23: Still no lettuce or fresh jalapenos as options for the bowl for some reason (which is also gone to only show the homewrecker). Have to go into the store to see they are readily available, only to get charged improperly and told Moe Monday's doesn't apply to bowls when I've been doing it via the app for years.

Their previous app was fine, the "new and improved" app is awful. Super slow to open (on a Pixel 7 Pro) and launches into picking a location to start an order. CAN'T do anything else, specifically scan receipts for rewards or check balance. They should return to the previous app that worked, fire and then sue the developer, and then try again. They are redoing their locations to be very pickup friendly to match the app and are forgetting those who like to eat there! Not welcome to Moe's.

It used to be user friendly, but the upgrade is of no use. I can't track my points, rewards, etc. I go in store, place my order, give my phone number and they tell me what rewards, etc. a pain. All improvement requires change, but not all change is improvement! This change was not an improvement!!!
