Food is awesome. App... it won't let you add Ranch as a side on things like kids meal so you have to pay 75 extra for it. it's the only sauce that is listed as dressing which I think is why it Dosent show up. Been trying for ever to get them to address this issue. Devs don't seem to care. reported this many times and still not fixed a year later.

App worked fine. I got rewards, notification of specials. Points etc. Now that it is updated, nothing. It wants me to sign in, but says I'm already signed in. Way to difficult things up. One of the easiest to use restaurant apps went straight to useless. Not even difficult to use, but completely useless. If I could give a negative number rating I would. Addition: cannot log in by any means. I had at least $30 in reward money that is apparently lost due to this unworkable update.

I've had nothing but problems with ordering from this app. From showing up to the store and finding out the order never went through even though it said it did, to just plain crashing every time you hit the order button more recently (and also over the past 6 months or so). I really enjoy Primanti's overall, but this app really needs some work. I've missed out on many reward points by not being able to order through the app.
