Only one star because for the longest time, you couldn't even place orders through app. Now you can, but it makes you search twice in order to choose a store (??). Then when I want to use points to pay for my order, it wants me to sign in, which I had already done. If I try to login again at this point, there is no option for logging in via Facebook, like there is when you first open app. Guess the app is still just as useless!

I love Saladworks, but their app is beyond frustrating if you want any kind of customization. There was no way to customize the panini. And if you want to swap something on a salad, like getting a different kind of cheese, you have to remove what it comes with and "add on" the other kind, for which you get charged extra. So I was unable to order ahead.

App has been great and I don't mind not being able to order through it. I use it for getting points and redeeming rewards. All of a sudden, several months ago, I could no longer cash in a $5 reward. tried at different locations. says my reward expired. I have $10.00 in reward credit that is trapped in App. Saladworks is nice, tried to fix and gave me $5 for my trouble but still cannot redeem.
