the new app sucks. it "didn't recognize " my account phone number or email. says it doesn't exist. so all the points and money i earned ($20+) towards future orders is just gone. there's no one to ask for help. when you try to do that, it just asks what store the problem is with. I don't have a problem with the store...Just the app!!!!! googled who to email about the problem, the email address listed i got bounce back saying it doesn't exist. so literally no one to help with the issue!!!!!!!

New app is awful. I signed in with my existing rewards email account, but there is no sign of my rewards points and there is no way to scan for points if you order at the store. My account info is also wrong as it shows a phone number I haven't had in years (and yes, I did verify my phone number in the old app before the announced upgrade and it was the correct number). So much for the promised major upgrade

I have to agree with everyone else, the new app is probably the worst food chain app ever! No rewards carry over, can't even find your points on the new app. If you want help it only "helps" with ordering. Can't get help with the app itself. Can't get help with getting rewards transferred over. Guess I'm done with Saladworks. There are many other places to get a salad.
