The user experience honestly isn't bad. I like the ability to customize and it's relatively easy to navigate. also the online deals are cool. I also like the ability to say I'm here. Actual experience at the restaurant needs work. Pulled into drive thru and they didn't have my order by my name. it was under "Joe Smith" no idea who that is. then I was told pull up to the window. they then directed me to park and wait. why? sat for 15 mins and the food came out. they weren't busy? why so long?

You can't always login or sign up. completely broken app. Update: login and sign up buttons still don't work after two months when I open the app. Can't use the app still. Time I'll never get back trying to order tacos for cheaper because they lock deals behind an app instead of just selling me food for a consumer friendly price all the time. Maybe get taco bell if you read this.

Awful! I was charged THREE TIMES for an order and all 3 "failed to process", but I was CHARGED ALL THREE TIMES and now I'm on the phone with my bank to get the charges reversed. This is the last time I interact with a Taco John's product. The app could have been made by a highschool student taking a CS course, and it's about as buggy as you would expect. DO NOT download this, they WILL steal your money.
