The user experience honestly isn't bad. I like the ability to customize and it's relatively easy to navigate. also the online deals are cool. I also like the ability to say I'm here. Actual experience at the restaurant needs work. Pulled into drive thru and they didn't have my order by my name. it was under "Joe Smith" no idea who that is. then I was told pull up to the window. they then directed me to park and wait. why? sat for 15 mins and the food came out. they weren't busy? why so long?

The app functions great and is designed well. Unfortunately it doesn't let me redeem any rewards with my order. Have tried reinstalling. No changes. Had to go in store to redeem. Also, the app wants me to re-login at the most inconvenient times, and I can't recall my password, and have to drive back home and find it. Taco Bell app does not rely on passwords for login. Just throwing that out there. Update: newest update not compatible with my device anymore. Guess I'll be going to Taco Bell.

Easy enough to order, but the whole point of ordering ahead is so the food is ready when you get there. Not getting there and being told that to "check in" sends the order to the kitchen. So, check in as soon as you order! Any customizations you do to an item won't show to the restaurant, I removed the spicy sauce and he said it didn't say that, so they had to remake it.
