Easy enough to order, but the whole point of ordering ahead is so the food is ready when you get there. Not getting there and being told that to "check in" sends the order to the kitchen. So, check in as soon as you order! Any customizations you do to an item won't show to the restaurant, I removed the spicy sauce and he said it didn't say that, so they had to remake it.

Most of the features don't work. The dedicated order button has never worked since I downloaded the app. However, there is an option to place an order from the nearest store button. When you get to the payment field, it doesnt work either. The "scan credit card" option also fails. The barcode scanner to scan your receipt only works about half the time. This is easily the most useless app I've ever downloaded.

Not really user friendly. You have to check in on the App for your order to show up at the store. They cannot find your order by the order number. It's hard to find the check in button. And if they are out of something there is no way to cancell your order once you are checked in, or even if you leave the initial paid screen. Scanning a receipt or having them scan at the register is easy, but the other ahead is frustrating!
