2 time disappointment Love the food, it truly is great. Where do you find these lazy, hateful and disrespectful employees?! For the second time we have left feeling so ready to pull our hair out.
Good food. App needs work. Food's great. I love the pickles. The constant notifications are annoying. I don't like how redemption process only gave a 2 hour window. I also don't like having to hand over my phone to an employee for redemption code reading especially in a drive thru. Redemption would be better served if it was a code employees could scan. I played the mini game on 2 different phones. I find maxed out sensitivity on Android devices are still sluggish as opposed to iPhones.
Can't turn off annoying notifications. Second response: there is no "settings" option. No option to turn a "badge" off. First response: You say you're going to fix it but I've had two more annoying notifications after your response. When will it stop???? Original message: I've read the response from schlotzskys about other people having the same problem, I followed the steps to correct it, still nothing has changed. I will be deleting this app very soon due to your company not knowing how to run it efficiently

How do I delete old items from the 'News and offers' page on my phone? I have things showing there from 2015 when I originally downloaded eh app and I done like littering my device with old crap.
Won't accept the receipt on the scan I spent $6.01,you have to buy at least $6 to scan and count it on the promo. It won't acknowledge that $6.01 is more than $6. Cheated me on it and not happy.
