This has to be the most convoluted, confusing, and buggy food ordering and rewards systems I have ever used. It appears that this is a separate account than the account you need to order online (why?), it says I have rewards points but when I redeem it says I have 0 points, and generally every time I want to order ahead for time it takes like 15-20 minutes due to bugs and slow loading and hard to use pages, and when I get to the store there's no line. So I may just stop using this entirely. Update: no improvement months later. In fact, I don't even see a way to redeem all the "rewards" they send me via email with an online order. Must be some other Smashburger? Are there 2 companies with the same name or something? I don't understand how online ordering can be this terrible in 2020, where everyone and their mother is ordering online pick-up.

App straight up doesn't work for larger orders. Called the store and they informed me that you can't place an order with more than 4 items on it, since the system will only place 4 at a time slot. Puts you in an infinite loop of pushing back the time because you always exceed their maximum allotment for a given period. But here's the kicker, they won't take your order over the phone either, they tell you to use the app even though they know it doesn't work. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here anymore.

There's no way to provide feedback or get help/contact you in the app. For instance, I got a notification for a promotion that was supposed to start today, but when I tried to use the code in the app, it told me there was no eligible item in my basket (which I know there was). I couldn't find a way other than Play Store to report it to corporate, since it's not a location-specific issue.
