The app has everything you need to place your order. All the expected hoops you have to jump through the first time but after that it should be easy to reorder your favorite. Unfortunately not. It does have a feature for saving your favorite order but retrieving it the next time is extremely difficult. Not intuitive at all, it's easier to just start over which is no faster than just going in and standing in line.

Garbage Experience. This app, which clearly had expensive development, does not perform or have a usable user interface. Navigation is not intuitive, the menu is not laid out like it is in their stores. Plus, I spend all the time to set up an account, but then to place an order, I have to sign in again. But it doesn't recognize the account (I'm guessing one database isn't talking to the other) so I'm unable to place an order after spending 10 minutes dealing with setup and laggy UI navigation.

This app is extremely frustrating. I was able to log on using my rewards information, but then it wouldn't keep the same info when I ordered. I had to re-login, but then it said I had an incorrect password. It was hard to edit our orders, and would lose the order without warning. We had to start over 2 times and almost didn't order anything. This app is poorly designed and is hard to navigate.
