Ratings and reviews

It's quite a good app. I've used it to access three different gyms with no issues, however there are two main problems I encounter -1. Sometimes it takes quite a while to load when you open the app I've tried changing from my data to the gym wi-fi in case it was an issue if slow internet or bad signal...still sometimes takes forever. 2. Sometimes I will just get a random notification that the app had to close I mean whilst I'm out and about doing something unrelated to the app

Very poor app. Loads occasionally. I often have to completely force close and try again. Those few occasions it does open, the gym access button won't appear. Back to force closing. If I turn my phone Bluetooth off, the app will crash. Why? Very poor user experience.

Since it opened, the cleanliness has gone downhill. The equipment is sufficient, and if there are any units out of order, they are quickly repaired. Overall, it's not bad for the price. Just really need to get on top of the cleaning, especially in the changing rooms.
