The App works generally ok, but oftentimes distorts videos even though they have been fitted to the screen which is caused by how slow it loads videos. I believe that the default setting should be "fit" rather than "fill". I also am very disappointed that Aura doesn't work with OneDrive or with NAS drive storage. I regret not doing more research before buying a frame.

This has been a really fun way to share with our more distant family. It started as a gift for folks who "don't need anything", and it's been a really nice ongoing way to share pics of us or cool things we've seen. I do wish the app had a dark mode; the glare can be a lot when using it at night. Other than that, though, it's been very easy to use and the capacity has been great!

great photo and video resolution & sound. it's great to be able to remotely make a specific photo come up. Also it's easy to change photos with the slide motion on top of the frame. I do wish I could select an Aura option so that some photos were only visible to me, since some contributors are private from the other contributors, and therefore don't send their photos.
