Ratings and reviews

They suggested I create a new order with a new payment process, or they could resend a payment link for the same order – all this after they've already taken my money! Why on earth would I trust them with another order? To make matters worse, they tell me it'll take up to 48 working hours to process a refund. Unacceptable! Horrible experience, especially when this was supposed to be for an important occasion.

Very bad experience. The flowers are old and damaged, and the chocolate melts. I don't recommend anyone to work with them Customer Service is not responding.

An experience that is bad at all levels (DO NOT USE THE APP if you have an occasion), delivery asked for location on WhatsApp although it is there in the order and rescheduled the order which is past the occasion date, customer service is not serving customer. And if you cancel the order they will refund you 30% only! Will never use them again
