This App used to be very good but my last few experiences with them are extremely disappointing. The timing of the shops and the locations were incorrect and when i tried the Customer Service, I got ghosted for days. My bookings got may hours wasted due to this unprofessional behaviour.

bad experience and rental companies do not take them serious. customer service is not responsive. I don't recommend using this app

Be careful , I was robbed, if you run in problem your money is gone, i book s with them and the rent office has problems connecting me to the system, he did not give the car and I had to chase the apps support to get my money , and after one month they r only sending me messages every 1 week that they are "escalating' , seem they are fraud and have no staff or customer support,
