Activate the online account sent to you by email when you purchased your Season Ticket before logging into the app. This ensures your ticket connects correctly.

Ratings and reviews

Tried to set up an account using the app. It's almost like Q-Park don't want people to use it. Prevented from adding a payment method as it keeps sending me to a broken link that tells me the "transaction can't be found". Then I read the reviews. I'm deleting the app and deleting my account. Just use the pay machines, the hoops this app makes you jump through are not worth the pain.

app fine but watch out for discounted rates! I get a discounted day rate through work. £8.50 a day roughly. it recognises my number plate and charges automatically. that seems to work fine. the problem is if I pop in for a shorter visit, which can be a lot less than £8.50 (eg £3 for less than an hour) it defaults to the daily rate! I've just found out I've been scammed for £8.50 for a 20 mins park. customer services refusing to do anything. really cheese off.

First time parking abroad (in France) and I was pleasantly surprised that the gate opened automatically for me even before I pulled a ticket from the machine. A little bit unsure about whether I had to pull a ticket, I decided not to. And when leaving the underground parking after a few hours the gate swung open as soon as I arrived there. Brilliant experience, no fuss with tickets. And you can also produce a QR code from the app when you need one for entering the parking by foot.
