This app is a painful user experience. Despite adding all of my car and payment details into the app, when I wanted to pre-book a parking session I got redirected to a web site where I got asked to enter it all again. Also, I couldn't log in with the account I had just set up in the app. I had to reset my password before I could log in. Even after that there were 'technical errors'. Also, I can't see my new booking in the app. This is not joined up and makes the whole experience too stressful.

We parked at Hannover St Liverpool and the car park was excellent. Felt secure and modern. When we pulled up the barrier, it lifted straight up but no ticket so thought it was a new system based on reg. I didn't realise that because I had the app with car and bank details that everything was automatic. When we left we went straight out and the cost was charged to my card. Q-park will now be my first choice to park wherever we travel to.

Great service, not so great app: At one point the app stopped showing parking places on the map completely, only clearing all data fixed it. Loading is pretty slow. And yes, my internet and the phone is fine. "You have 1 ongoing parking session" notification doesn't go away after paying, needs to be dismissed manually or by pressing on it and going to the app.
