Ratings and reviews

Tried to set up an account using the app. It's almost like Q-Park don't want people to use it. Prevented from adding a payment method as it keeps sending me to a broken link that tells me the "transaction can't be found". Then I read the reviews. I'm deleting the app and deleting my account. Just use the pay machines, the hoops this app makes you jump through are not worth the pain.

Just been on holiday to Weymouth and we use this carpark every year. The carpark is secured overnight. This time we found out it was taken over just recently by Q-Park. We spoke to someone from the carpark and there is an app to make it easy for you to enter & exit the car park by using your registration number. Just type your car reg into their app and a credit/debit card and you can enter/exit any Q-Parks and you will be charged for the time you use. No need to use a pay machine again.

It's a pain in the backside to try to pay via your card, because you need to verify it, and it doesn't go back to the app at all, it is soooo frustrating, I had to end up using my laptop to pre-book, then when it asks to get my card details verify, I did that, and now it's booked... But it's still not showing on the app at all. I have used this car park several times, so parking and secure I don't have any problem with it, it's just the app isn't very friendly to use.
