It's a pain in the backside to try to pay via your card, because you need to verify it, and it doesn't go back to the app at all, it is soooo frustrating, I had to end up using my laptop to pre-book, then when it asks to get my card details verify, I did that, and now it's booked... But it's still not showing on the app at all. I have used this car park several times, so parking and secure I don't have any problem with it, it's just the app isn't very friendly to use.

This app is a painful user experience. Despite adding all of my car and payment details into the app, when I wanted to pre-book a parking session I got redirected to a web site where I got asked to enter it all again. Also, I couldn't log in with the account I had just set up in the app. I had to reset my password before I could log in. Even after that there were 'technical errors'. Also, I can't see my new booking in the app. This is not joined up and makes the whole experience too stressful.

It works. but the app is slow, parking zones are mostly invisible depending on your zoom level, the zones have pins that are placed where there are payment terminals, but they are really hard to find in the map. Also, the app cannot sync notifications properly, and many times one thinks that there is an ongoing session, whereas there are none. Usability sucks, otherwise gets the job done.
