Ratings and reviews

Tried to set up an account using the app. It's almost like Q-Park don't want people to use it. Prevented from adding a payment method as it keeps sending me to a broken link that tells me the "transaction can't be found". Then I read the reviews. I'm deleting the app and deleting my account. Just use the pay machines, the hoops this app makes you jump through are not worth the pain.

Absolutely appalling app. Internet is useless in the location I was using taking 20 minutes to actually download to then be sent numerous activation codes that said they were invalid. ended up walking into local m&s for some WiFi. I finally managed to purchase a parking session. please, if you take payment via the app, get some sort of WiFi. It's not fair. so many people standing about trying to do the same. Everyone worrying about receiving a fine. Such a stressful experience. NOT impressed.

I istalled and set up the app a few weeks ago and had my first opportunity to test on a visit to York a few days ago. The barrier opened as I approached and I found a good sized parking space quite easily. When I left the barrier again opened as I approached and, a few seconds later I received a notification of the charge. A very smooth experience altogether. I note some comments that setting it up while at the parking location is sometimes a problem, so I advise setting it up at home.
