I use this app for work and have had numerous issues which has prevented me from viewing shifts/posting shifts/requesting off/ viewing messages from management etc. Sometimes I cannot open it at all. I have had co-workers experience similar issues. Very frustrating. And it has been an ongoing issue not just recent but over the span of many months.

12/22/23 At first the app was perfectly fine but then it would make me resign in every time I opened it and now I can't log in at all. I get to the verification screen but never receive a text with the code needed... luckily I also get text notifications for my schedule otherwise I would be completely out of luck because there's no way to get any help or sign in differently in the app. Update: The problem has been fixed for me and I haven't had an issues since!

Very poorly developed. For starters, you can't really "request" to work. You can request to take someone's shift, but before you are ever scheduled, there is no button to say to just your manager "i want to work on friday". In addition, it kept logging me out and wouldn't let me log in unless I recreated my entire account again. I was unable to get into the app for about 2 weeks, even after trying every day. Also, there is no way to get notifications.
