UPDATE 09/2025 fix your app. it is absolutely THE WORST. CONSTANTglitching. constantly logging me out and making me resign up. I can't unpost a shift once I post it and I can't see others shift posted even though the little suitcase box says a number avaliable for shifts. been like this for YEARS. you guys are a JOKE. this app constantly goes down... permanently under some sort of maintenance. I always expect to put i my phone number and resign up every single time I use it now bc it's so bad.

12/22/23 At first the app was perfectly fine but then it would make me resign in every time I opened it and now I can't log in at all. I get to the verification screen but never receive a text with the code needed... luckily I also get text notifications for my schedule otherwise I would be completely out of luck because there's no way to get any help or sign in differently in the app. Update: The problem has been fixed for me and I haven't had an issues since!

Very poorly developed. For starters, you can't really "request" to work. You can request to take someone's shift, but before you are ever scheduled, there is no button to say to just your manager "i want to work on friday". In addition, it kept logging me out and wouldn't let me log in unless I recreated my entire account again. I was unable to get into the app for about 2 weeks, even after trying every day. Also, there is no way to get notifications.
