Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I booked the 11:00–11:30 AM slot based on my availability. However, at 10:55 AM, the assigned professional informed me that he had just started from a location about 20 km away. It was obvious he could not arrive within the scheduled time. Customers book specific slots expecting punctual service. This reflects poor scheduling and coordination by Slash Company. The professional may not be personally at fault, but the overall planning was disappointing and wasted my time.

AWFUL! STAY AWAY, They dont have professionals, kept delaying with fake promises for several days. A few times service professionals called me and asked for more direct work saying this app is new, not trust worthy and they do not know whether they will get paid or not and meanwhile slash call center executives which is hard to get connected to kept rescheduling my carpet cleaning order and finally the day came they gave up and cancelled my order and yet requested to delete the playstore review.

over price... in app it will show less price trust me when technician visit the game starts - too much price we have to pay in app before booking .... after he will tell nonsense and ask for extra money. I tried lot of apps ... this time with slash it was too much.
