Great app to help you free from addiction by tracking your quitting progress. There are also info cards about benefits of quitting from certain addictions that have been verified by academic literature, and medical professionals. The best thing about this app is free and open source. No sign ups, no ads, and no hidden costs. I think more people should give it a try!

Its awesome, simple and free. would rather have this than the apps that make you take a survey and then dont let you use the app until you pay
