The 20min claim is a frivolous joke. Not one time I've received my order before the 1hr (or near it) mark. I always issue complaints but get to nowhere (long wait) The time promise is absolutely confusing! I base my timing on your promise but always under deliver & I keep thinking it's not gonna happen again! Iced coffee usually arrives with melted ice or no ice at all! Hot drinks arrive cold & so on. Quality of packaging and storage is good. Other than that, dissapointing experience.

Customer Service really sucks. I made an order and items came damaged. Went through the whole process and took a picture and everything, but there is not human being that can speak with you. Only a bot that keeps saying that somone will review and contact me shortly! Update: After several complaints, not a human being contacted me one week later. Going to uninstall.

The worst service provider and customerservice, they never deliver on time they take money for a service they can't fulfil. All my orders are always late or have a packaging issue. Every time, they apologise and promise that this is not going to happen and guess what it gets worse and send me a promo code as an apology that's valid for 1 day
