The app does not have a way to file a dispute and my very first purchase with RAC has been miserable! The monthly payment is a great deal larger than the quote i was given at purchase. There are fees added that were not discussed and 2 extra payments that also were not disclosed at time of purchase. Not sure if it is an error or a scam being run out of the Connellsville PA store?

I'm a very long time customer and in the past 5 years I have completed many contracts and have spent well over $6000. My rating has dropped because I feel overly pressured sometimes when I've been up to a week late, I'm on time, mostly. I also am the one that calls when going to be late. Never have had to look for me! I do get drivers showing up at my door after a payment is made, wondering where my payment is. With all addional fees, I'm feeling bit abused.

well I started play contract with them for Xbox x series and only had one payment left I couldn't make it at the time, so they came and got it but said that I could come back and pick it up when I was ready. a month passed and I returned to get my Xbox to find out that they had sold it an hour before I called. so I was out over $1,000 and plus the $500 that I had in online purchases. now I'm offered $700 dollars store credit and the Xbox is now $2300 when it was only $1400 when I owned it before
