Ordered 2 items, only received 1. Tried getting a refund on the item that never arrived, and despite multiple attempts at contacting them, I never got a response or refund. ETA- Decided to give the app a 2nd try to earn rewards. Placed an order for delivery, still didn't have it over an hour later. I called, & the food was sitting at the restaurant. No one came to pick it up & I wasn't notified. I had to pick up my cold food. Never got the delivery fee or driver tip refunded. DO NOT USE THIS APP

Glitchy. Keeps giving alerts about "unknown error". One very annoying thing that it just did was, when went to check out, it wouldn't let me. It said something to the effect of "dome items in your order are unavailable at this time", but wouldn't tell me what items. The only way to determine was process of elimination, and having to re-order everthing, multiple times, until I had removed the single offending item (fries). App could have let me know that from the beginning.
