Ratings and reviews

Worst App, don't download and don't use this app. No proper customer care support. I got a Red Rail Coupon in google pay which stats that "Flat ₹120 off, on first train ticket booking". I used the coupon and book my ticket through Red Rail App and applied the coupon. But I didn't get ₹120 off Or any refund. Even they charge extra price for the ticket, though enough tickets were available on IRCTC. I tried to contact customer care number but there is no support for this issue. Don't Download!!

they take extra fee when we book tickets....they show incorrect vacancies in train....if ticket gets auto cancelled due to waitinglist they do not refund whole amount refunded by irctc they cut there fee in that too also adjust there coupon amount (which gets expired in a month)....also if you book from here chances of waiting clearance becomes less... i experienced all these things in just one booking....will never book from here....redbus is good but redrail is fraud

The customer support experience is worse in this app. There is no proper help that I can get from the help centre of the app. Even if I call the customer care number there is no way you can talk to any person. Even in IVR there is no option of help for my latest booking. And yes my refund from IRCTC has also not been credited to my bank account within time and I cannot file any complaints. the refund amount is still with Redbus India Private limited.
