Honestly, it's my first time trying to open an account with RaKBANK on my phone, and it keeps messing up. In fact, I'm dissatisfied with the service. I will verify my ID and passport, and with the face verification, there is a problem. It freezes, and the next thing you see is 'something went wrong,' and everything starts over again.

Based on the numerous reviews and ratings I have seen, I can confirm that my experience reflects what many customers are reporting. I do not believe the bank itself is the problem; rather, the issue appears to stem from poor handling by certain employees. I visited the branch in person to close my account and was informed that the process could only be completed through e-services. I followed the instructions carefully and submitted all the required documents. However, my request wasn't done.

2026 while everyone is using secure passwords, rakbank does not allow utilization of LastPass to generate a secure password so I had to type one that I can remember.
