Neither appealing nor friendly.... Decade back App controls and designs...!. Rethinking to use the card as there is no option to freeze the card in single touch.. Always need to access the card control or to block temporarily... Need to fix these dilemma..

yesterday I lost my debit card. I blocked true app but must wait now 48h that someone call me to confirm and that I get approval for issuing new . wast of week. now I can't even transfer money bcs must have this token. 20verefications and stuck with money on acount which I can't tuch.

"Horrible customer service! Promised a callback within 24 hours through mobile banking, but radio silence. Issues with my account aren't being addressed, and I'm left hanging. Not impressed with the lack of follow-through. Would not recommend.".....
