Horrible service in general. Makes you wait for so long . Does not reach back to you . No one follows up . Logs you out automatically. And each time you reach out, you have to explain everything from scratch Because they delete the history! More Importantly .(No priority support)! You pay the bank what you owe with interest, and when you ask for a paper about cleance, they ask you to pay more money for the letter .What is this ? 0 customer service

The RAKBANK app works smoothly and makes all banking tasks simple. I can check my balance, transfer money, and manage my account without any issues. The interface is clean and user friendly. Overall, a very helpful app for daily banking

Worst bank in UAE. I’ve had some challenges with this bank regarding international transactions. They often hold my transactions and request additional documentation, which can be frustrating. It would be helpful if their processes were more streamlined and transparent.
