I recently opened account with RAK Bank. Although the branch operation was not superb, I am very happy with RAK Bank mobile. I found it to be feature-rich, convenient and user-friendly. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate. A standout feature is its built-in 2FA that provides an added level of security for transfers or change of key details, e.g. password. So even if someone were to gain access to your device, they would still be unable to perform any financial transactions. Very well done!

Horrible service in general. Makes you wait for so long . Does not reach back to you . No one follows up . Logs you out automatically. And each time you reach out, you have to explain everything from scratch ! Because they delete the history! More Importantly . You pay the bank what you owe with interest, and when you ask for a paper about cleance, they ask you to pay more money for the letter .What is this ? 0 customer service

Pathetic bank..... Applied with an agent and it got rejected. Got a call from bank and asked them not to process. They Did!!! I haven't received the card and its active now and Im getting card statement without receiving the card. Cant access them on call as I dont know my credit card number for verification....So Disappointing!!!
