I would like to highlight an issue that the application has no option to show a payment which is on hold, I have made a transaction on 18th July on MOI UAE site, the transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my account, now it's not showing anything in the app regarding that transaction and when I reach out to customer service, they says this amount is on hold by the merchant. when contact merchant they need transaction details which is not available in the RAKBANK App.

The app is not working after last updation I am unable to login to the app they are showing password and mail wrong every time even after resetting and also I have uninstalled and installed the app many times still same and also now it is showing sorry some error happened and we are unable to process request. why the app developers are creating such a terrible app to make difficulty for customers.

Application performance is good and user friendly. but it would be helpful if enhance more like dashboard, my profile, setting. Most important, which I don't prefer to have is sound while launching an application. it's very disturbing and irritating.
