Honestly, it's my first time trying to open an account with RaKBANK on my phone, and it keeps messing up. In fact, I'm dissatisfied with the service. I will verify my ID and passport, and with the face verification, there is a problem. It freezes, and the next thing you see is 'something went wrong,' and everything starts over again.

Every time the deduction of AED 26.25 is not good for low salaried employees... The cost of living is high and this small deduction also matters. Service is also bad for RAK bank. During transfer also AED 0.50 is deducted for what reason. I would not give 1 star as well but to put my review I had no option..

While adding the beneficiary for international transfer, the app is automatically close. tried several times, same issue still existing. please fix the issue asap.
