it's been more than 2 weeks that I emailed the support team as said on the reply, but there hasn't been any response. first app, now the support, totally pathetic. I recently became a RAK Bank customer and when I try to register on mobile banking, the App keeps crashing. Been like this for nearly a week now and I am still not able to. Tried calling customer support, and they said to try after 24hrs of card activation, but that too didn't work. Really bad first experience. Totally disappointed.

one of the worst bank I have ever encountered. for my credit card closure, even I settled my outstanding & requested for closure it took 45 days . when process started ,in between I ask to wave off 45 days then I received message as you have now interest applied ( I don't know if they started closure means all outstanding is done) . I don't know what to say. Just stay away from this credit cards from RAK bank. I am going to complain now to central bank for this.
