Worst experience ever. No Customer Support At all. Firstly I got a call that my razorpay account is fully activated but after that i was asked to upload the same documents again and again. Edit:-no you provide the link but it didn't work. still showing can't create the ticket. i want to give 0 rating but

Worst Experience Ever with any app. They took my money and now are not processing the settlement. Firstly they said my account is fully activated and as soon as the payment was received, they just turned my account down. Now they say settlement would take 120 days. What kind of behaviour is this!!! Highly not recommended for any user to take services from them. Especially small business owners. This is by far the most frustrated I have been.

A word of caution regarding Razorpay: I strongly advise against opening an account with Razorpay based on my personal experience. I had set up an account through them, and some of my clients made payments via the platform. Unfortunately, the payments were never credited to my account.When I reached out to Razorpay for support, not only was there no resolution, but my account was suddenly deleted without any prior notice. Neither was the amount transferred to me, nor was it refunded to my client.
