The RBL credit card is the worst credit card I've ever used. The reward points are just next to zero. useless customer care can't resolve issues and cannot explain why they can't resolve. they won't waiver off financial charges for once. just don't buy this credit card for your own Good. Edit: STFU you cannot do anything. f your formalities

Truly love RBL Bank's instant cash feature. Amount gets credited instantly which is a life saver at times when you are in a pickle and even the after sales service is brilliant. Have never had a poor experience with their customer care team. Always amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who might need some liquid cash availability. They've got EMIs that can go up to 48 months and the interest rates are reasonable for a service like this. Very trustworthy.

Case ids are 109948273 & 110066913, my EMI amount is 2440.00 + processing fee is 400.00, but my due in app showing 5800.00, reached out customer care, they don't have answer, promised for call back but i didn't get any calls. Wrote mail twice, instead of details they are replying blindly saying processing fee included. Initially did one EMI purchase of the same amount and cancelled it, got refunded. I suspect the amount appears double. please get me resolution and clarity.
