Ratings and reviews

Unreliable due to many small issues including: location and battery level of cars shown in the app are often incorrect; cars frequently very dirty, uncharged, or in need of maintenance; cancellation fees not disclosed when cancelling a booking; €420 deposit per rental takes 10+ days to be returned. Cars in Nice are charged using low-kW chargers. They are therefore frequently uncharged or only partially charged and this is not correctly reported by the app.

Came to Belgium on short holiday from the US, it lets you upload US address and info, but then you can't use their services as non EU. Recommend they put that clearly on front page, going forward.

Don't use it! They show cars that aren't actually available, or that aren't in the specified location. You're gonna be in a risk of booking a car, go to the indicated location, and find out that the car isn't there, so you need to cancel the book, claim for a redeem, waste lot of time and not having a car in the end.
