Absolutely, the worst app I have ever used. Worst than the 1st apps when smart phones came out. It crashes every single time I open it. I have not gotten past setting the "Start Time" in the fasting tab, because it crashes EVERY time. The actual device works surprisingly well, very accurate and easy to use. All in all, and because of the terrible app, I am underwhelmed, at best.

I have had the device and app for about 3 years now. Biggest waste of money and the most frustrating experience. They did an so called upgrade to the app 6 weeks after I purchased it and it never function correctly after that. Measurements not displayed correctly & no ways does it provide info to provide the tracking it promised. The device takes more than 5 minutes to prepare & the battery doesn't even last long enough for a day of measurement (3).

I like the hardware but the app is clunky, unresponsive, and visualizing your data is a real pain. The graphs are extremely basic; you cannot interact with them in any way. It'd be nice to pinch and zoom, slide the time window and select data points to see the actual measurement value. Tabulated results are hidden under your configuration. For some reason it randomly says I completed a fast. The start/stop for fasting seems bugged. Update - Fixed bugged fasting. They are improving the app.
