I bought Realme 3 pro in September & recently got it updated. Initially, it was performing so well. But, ever since I have updated it to the latest OS version, it's performing like hell. All it's features, because of which I bought it, have got extinct. The battery is depleting like hell, the vooc charger is not charging that fast, the phone is heating up and what not. I real urge to fix these issues of get my money back. Highly disappointed ☹️.

I'm so very excited having a realme phone. I really really want a realme phone because I saw the Astrophotography on Facebook and I thought it will be very fun if I try having realme but I feel like I'm a little bit disappointed because the system of realme c11 is so laggy and everytime I browse on the internet, it's always lagging, sometimes it stick to one area and I can't move any single on the screen and sometimes it turn off itself and it's hard to open it. I hope I can play heavy games.

After update of REALME-X UI 2.0 not work properly like before and lots of problems in normal using. That all problems listed below: - All App are crashed suddenly while using. - Once a App crashed, then we can't open and work properly until Phone RESTART. - Camera shutter can not click the photos. - Battery drained in yesterday night from 85% to 0%. - Volume key changed from media to voice call automatically in every day. - Phone not ringing, Even phone on ring mode and have full volume. - Hang
