Why we need "All Files Access":
To provide a functional recovery service, this app requires the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission. Modern Android systems index only active files; however, deleted data often remains in hidden system folders or unallocated space. By granting this permission, our Deep Engine can perform a comprehensive search across all directories to locate and reconstruct your lost media.

DANGER! This is a bogus app. Look at the developer's name. The real Recuva app is developed by ccleaner (piriform software) and does not work on Android. You have to install it on your PC and access an SD card from there. Do not install or use this app. It is probably a copyright violation for this person to use the name recuva. They did reverse the logo and change the color of the helmet.

You need to login to facebook... to recover your files... what? I need to have a facebook account to recover files? That doesnt make any sense whatsoever.
