The convenience of tracking stool and foods all in one place is super helpful. I love the in-depth questions it asks that make me think about my mental health around the time of my meals, that is something I hadn't taken into consideration and gives valuable insights. I also love that it's all optional so I can fill out as much or as little as I want. I really like how you can see your log of meals and stools all in one timeline, really helps draw correlations.

Its easy to look up food items in the search bar. I loved that you can track your meals, and snacks! *Make sure to list the date of your first meal, and each following day since it does not show the date. Logging my workouts, goals, stool samples, and appearances is so easy. I also loved the ease of tracking thoughts or symptoms. Overall it is great for a free app!!

New to fodmap and this app has been a life saver! You can look up individual foods. Thought I wouldn't use the food diary option but I love it, it holds me accountable and I can always go back if I end up having an episode to see what it was that caused it. Suggestion: more specific options for food lookup. Some things I type in to look up and its not in there. All In all so easy to use and so helpful in times of uncertainty.
