Thought this was a great idea for a service at first. But then I tried to order from noon, I got the delivery confirmation and the codes to retrieve my packages. None of them worked. I tried to contact customer services but they were useless and couldn't figure out what the problem was. I had to contact noon and they, thankfully, refunded my orders. Will never use this terrible service again. Better to just order to your home address instead.

The application wants not to open. Even after the last update installation?!!!

Infuriating. I made a simple mistake of putting the wrong number for the recipient. incompetent staff, broken service. AVOID.
