Thought this was a great idea for a service at first. But then I tried to order from noon, I got the delivery confirmation and the codes to retrieve my packages. None of them worked. I tried to contact customer services but they were useless and couldn't figure out what the problem was. I had to contact noon and they, thankfully, refunded my orders. Will never use this terrible service again. Better to just order to your home address instead.

This is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked a locker on the 12th with a promised delivery date of the 14th, but the parcel didn’t arrive on time. Instead of fixing the issue, they casually pushed the date to the 18th without any proper update or explanation. No professionalism, no responsibility, and no respect for customers’ time. Completely unreliable and disappointing service. I would never recommend this to anyone. Total waste of time and trust.

This is one problem with this otherwise great service. If you make a mistake in choosing the Redbox size and your package is too big, there is a system flaw. It cannot detect that ypu did not submit a shipment and assumes you placed your package inside. And there is no way to contact customer service and get your money back(you have to pay before shipping) or rectify the situation.
