Services are good, but app needs improvement Redcliffe Labs provides good services overall. However, the app's booking system needs work. I booked a test for a relative, provided their address and contact details under patient info, but the phlebotomist still called me instead. I missed the call, and the booking was missed while the actual patient kept waiting. This needs to be fixed for better user experience.

Very disappointed with the service. Blood was collected and submitted after a delay of 13 hours, which itself is questionable. We were assured that the reports would be provided soon, but even after 4 days, there was no update. Finally, after repeated follow-ups, we were informed that the blood sample had clotted and the test could not be performed. They also gave unclear excuses like "blood levels not matching," which only added to the frustration. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible handli

I wanted to have a complete physical after I recovered from COVID in order to track all of my levels. Redcliffe didn't cut any corners and provided a complete package at a reasonable cost. I collected the samples at home while wearing all the necessary safety equipment, and the following day I received my reports. The report's level of detail has given me a greater sense of control over my health.
