MAX SYSTEM & WEIGHT CALCULATION
RepCheck calculates your working weights based on a flexible max system. Define your own max entries — 1RM, Training Max, 3RM, or anything else — with a custom name and description. Multiple exercises can reference the same max.
For main exercises, every set is calculated as a percentage of your max and rounded to your plate setup. For accessory exercises, you set absolute weights directly. When you complete an increment week, your max updates automatically, keeping your progressive overload on track without manual adjustments.
PROGRAM BUILDER
Go beyond the built-in programs. Build your own custom routines with full control:
- Weeks, days, and exercises
- Exercise types: Main (percentage-based) and Accessory (absolute weight)
- Sections per exercise — for main exercises, sections group your sets like Warm-up, Main Sets, and Back-off Sets. For accessory exercises, the exercise itself acts as a category like Push or Pull, with sections for each movement like Dumbbell Press or Lat Pulldown.

CYCLE & NAVIGATION
Programs with repeating cycles automatically advance to the next cycle after the final week. Navigate freely between cycles, weeks, and days — see exactly what weights you'll be lifting at any point in the program.
