Reliable and Secure! 🔒" After 3 years of using revolut, I can confidently say it’s the best banking tool out there. It’s secure, easy to use, and incredibly efficient and the customer support is always responsive. All my banking needs are met with a few taps, and I’ve never had any issues. 5 stars all the way.

HUGE HIDDEN FEES: spreads on foreign exchange and investments are huge, several percent! The app is horrifically laid out, it is impossible to find anything anymore. It needs a complete rewrite from scratch. Support have never been able to resolve a single one of my issues, ever, just transfering me from department to department. Absolutely incompetent!! In just 2 years Revolut have gone from one of the best to one of the worst!!

Having some issues with the display of accounts. If I reorder them in the pinned/starred section it is not saved when reopening the app. Also in my joint account the toggle for payments to be made subscriptions does not work. I mean they are made into subs but the toggle itself does not toggle. Also I cannot hide transactions in the joint account, does not work.
