The app itself isn't so bad. But intermittent issues between the Smartconnect, hearing aids, Bluetooth and "line-in" have been intolerable. Am I the only user who actually uses these features? I'm on my third or fourth Smartconnect and each, either initially or eventually, develops connection issues. I've been carefully rotating other components (smartphone, 3.5mm cable, etc), and the only common elements are the Smartconnect and hearing aids.

I just got a Samsung Galaxy S7 for use on a different network from my other S7. I can't get this phone to connect. I have had help several times and it just won't work. I did connect on my old S7 but, as with other users, it is sporadic at best. So disappointing to be out and need it for restaurants, theaters, etc and it just won't perform.

Can't get volume low enough when on audio, disconnects by itself at times, trouble connecting to transmitters,trouble connecting to tv,doesn't disconnects frm audio source when done with audio ,goes into audio mode when your not & shows right hearing aid disconnected when it isn't & screws up your hearing. Been through 3 of these in 5 years.. Need to be better & especially with the price..
